CA 89 at West Lake Tahoe

Since we came to Lake Tahoe by the US 50, we decided to depart using the I 80; so we had to take the CA 89 from South Lake Tahoe to Truckee. This road is a beauty, though it can be quite scary. This section is almost at lake level. Just wait to see the picture of Emerald Bay. I can only imagine it during the winter....
